Your Impact
The Full Stack Software Engineer role is based in Amman, Jordan and reports to the Lead Software Engineer. As a Full Stack Engineer with a backend emphasis, you will play a vital role in developing and optimizing our web applications, particularly focusing on our cutting-edge Manufacturing Execution System. You'll craft robust systems that redefine dental tech, utilizing the Manufacturing Execution System to its fullest potential.
What You'll Do
- Develop, optimize, and maintain our web applications.
- Write clean, maintainable code that stands the test of time and scale.
- Employ best practices and design patterns to ensure code quality and reduce technical debt.
- Focus on building modular and decoupled systems that work harmoniously.
- Develop and refine process automation tools to improve code quality, testing, and development processes.
- Master Docker for consistent and secure app deployment.
- Design and implement robust microservices, ensuring our systems are always scalable.
- Mastery of backend system designs, ensuring optimized performance and security.
- Collaborate in shaping event-driven architectures, making user interactions swift and responsive.
- Manage, optimize, and secure both relational and non-relational databases.
What To Bring
- A Computer Science degree or experience that's just as compelling.
- At least 1-3 years deep-diving into full-stack development, especially on the backend.
- Proficiency in React, Node.js, TypeScript, and Express.js/Nest.js, forming a strong foundation in modern web application development.
- Good command of Python, showcasing versatility in programming languages.
- Proven capability in system design and database management.
- Clear and effective communication skills.
- Experience with navigating the complexities of large-scale software projects is preferred.
- Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines is preferred.
